   Pre-chill one clear coupe and cut exactly one very small thin fresh pear wedge.

   Measure 40 ml pear liqueur, 15 ml pear eau-de-vie, 10 ml peated single-malt Scotch, 10 ml fresh lemon juice, 22.5 ml fresh pear juice, and one small dash saline solution into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid cold ice and seal it firmly.

   Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until the pear mixture is very cold, integrated, and lightly aerated.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so the pale surface remains free of ice fragments.

   Place the single small pear wedge at the rim and serve without smoke, citrus, candy, or another garnish.
