Who may use Kokto

You must be at least 18 and meet the legal drinking age where you live. Kokto is not directed to children and does not sell, deliver, or arrange the purchase of alcohol.

Recipes and AI results

Kokto provides informational recipes, planning tools, and optional AI-assisted results. Check labels, allergens, measurements, alcohol strength, substitutions, and equipment before use. AI results may be incomplete or wrong and are not medical, legal, or safety advice.

Accounts and guest use

Core features can be used as a guest. If you create an account, keep access credentials secure and provide accurate information. Signing in alone does not upload the guest workspace; cloud backup is a separate user action described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content and conduct

Only submit text and images you are allowed to use. Do not use Kokto to submit unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material, to evade service limits, or to interfere with the service or other users. Public community publishing is not enabled in the current release.

Availability and account actions

Online catalog, authentication, media, and AI features may be unavailable or change as the service evolves. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. You can continue using supported offline features and can request export or deletion through the controls described on the account deletion page.

Responsible use

Do not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated people. Never drink and drive or operate machinery after drinking. Read the full responsible-use guidance.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another law or forum.
