   Chill a double old-fashioned glass, prepare one large clear cube, and cut one small thin lime wheel.

   Moisten only a narrow section of the rim and apply a thin restrained coating of salt.

   Measure the tequila, manzanilla sherry, peach liqueur, yellow bell pepper syrup, and fresh lime juice into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker with solid ice and shake firmly until thoroughly chilled.

   Fine strain into the prepared glass over the single large clear ice cube.
