Garnish: Lime wheel and mint

   Chill a chilled highball and prepare lime wheel and mint.

   Measure 30 ml aged rum, 30 ml dark rum, 30 ml white rum, 22.5 ml fresh lime juice, 22.5 ml grapefruit juice, 15 ml honey syrup into a clean shaker.

   Fill the shaker two-thirds full with large, fresh ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake hard for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosted.

   Strain over fresh ice, top slowly with 30 ml soda water, and stir once.

   Add lime wheel and mint neatly and serve immediately.
