   Add the mezcal, fresh lemon juice, pineapple syrup, and rhubarb bitters directly to the glass, keeping the violet liqueur aside.

   Stir from the bottom until the base is evenly integrated and the glass is cold.

   Float the violet liqueur slowly over the surface to create the drink’s distinct top layer.
