   Pre-chill one clear heavy rocks glass, prepare fresh clear cubed ice, and place one small lemon half-wheel with one small dark-red cherry on a short plain pick.

   Measure 60 ml melon liqueur, 15 ml fresh lemon juice, 15 ml fresh lime juice, and 15 ml pasteurized egg white into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid cold ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds.

   Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and dry-shake without ice to build a fine, stable foam.
