   Chill the flute, prepare the required ice, and confirm that no garnish is required.

   Measure white rum, herbal liqueur, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, egg white accurately and add them to the blender cup.

   Pre-chill a Champagne flute. Add the white rum, herbal liqueur, passion-fruit syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white, and measured crushed ice to a blender. Blend briefly until smooth and evenly aerated, pour immediately into the chilled flute, let the fine surface settle, and serve without garnish.

   Pour into the chilled flute and shape the ice neatly below the rim.
