   Chill the rocks thoroughly, prepare the Skewered lemon wheel and maraschino cherry sail, and ready the shaker.

   Measure white rum, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, egg white, rich simple syrup accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake all ingredients with ice, strain back into the shaker, dry-shake without ice to emulsify, then fine-strain into the chilled rocks glass.

   Fine-strain into the chilled rocks so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Finish with Skewered lemon wheel and maraschino cherry sail and serve immediately.
