   Pre-chill one clear coupe and select exactly one small thin dehydrated red-skinned apple wheel.

   Measure the Irish whiskey, dry vermouth, pear liqueur, cloudy unsweetened apple juice, and six bitters drops into a mixing glass.

   Fill the mixing glass with solid cold ice and place a bar spoon against the inside wall.

   Stir smoothly for 20–25 seconds until the pale fruit-led mixture is very cold and properly diluted.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe without transferring any small ice fragments.
