   Chill a Collins glass, prepare fine dry crushed ice, and cut one short narrow orange peel.

   Measure the aged rum, allspice dram, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup, vanilla syrup, and bitters into a blender cup.

   Add a measured scoop of crushed ice and secure the blender lid.

   Flash-blend briefly until the drink is cold and evenly textured without becoming watery.

   Pour into the chilled Collins glass and top with a small crown of fresh crushed ice.
