   Chill a chilled coupe and prepare mint sprig.

   Measure 45 ml white rum, 45 ml pineapple juice, 22.5 ml fresh lime juice, 15 ml honey syrup, 10 leaf mint into the blender jar.

   Add one level cup of crushed ice and close the lid securely.

   Blend on high for 10–15 seconds, until smooth but not watery.

   Pour immediately into the chilled a chilled coupe without straining.

   Finish with mint sprig and serve at once.
