   Chill a footed wine glass, prepare crushed ice, and cut a passion fruit in half for garnish.

   Add both rums, passion-fruit syrup, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup to a blender cup.

   Add a measured scoop of crushed ice and secure the blender lid.

   Flash-blend for only a few seconds until integrated but still visibly icy rather than smooth.

   Pour into the chilled glass and add more crushed ice to form a compact mound above the drink.

   Set the passion-fruit half on the ice crown and serve immediately with a straw.
