   Pre-chill one coupe and all liquid ingredients thoroughly.

   Measure the vodka, chilled water, passion fruit syrup, pink aperitivo, and fresh lemon juice into a mixing vessel.

   Stir until completely integrated and cold; do not add the carbonated wine yet.

   Measure 150 ml of the chilled still mixture into the coupe.

   Top slowly with 45 ml of chilled Prosecco to preserve fine bubbles; never shake the carbonation.

   Give one very gentle lift with a barspoon and serve immediately without garnish.
