   Chill a chilled hurricane glass and prepare orange slice and cherry.

   Measure 45 ml aged rum, 45 ml dark rum, 45 ml passion fruit juice, 30 ml orange juice, 15 ml fresh lime juice, 15 ml simple syrup into a clean shaker.

   Fill the shaker two-thirds full with large, fresh ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake hard for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosted.

   Double-strain into the chilled a chilled hurricane glass.

6. 06

   Add orange slice and cherry neatly and serve immediately.
