   Chill the collins, prepare the required ice, and prepare the Edible flower.

   Measure aged rum, white rum, falernum, lime juice, rich simple syrup, xanthan gum accurately and add them to the blender cup.

   Add the specified ice and secure the blender lid firmly.

   Dry-blend the first five ingredients on low speed, gradually add the xanthan gum, then add a 210 ml scoop of crushed ice and blend again until smooth before pouring into the chilled Collins glass.

   Pour into the chilled collins and shape the ice neatly below the rim.

   Finish with Edible flower and serve immediately.
