   Pre-chill a clear coupe, chill the wine and apple juice, and cut exactly one very thin small fresh pear wedge.

   Measure the cognac, pear liqueur, elderflower liqueur, Sauvignon Blanc, and cloudy unsweetened apple juice into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker with solid ice and seal it securely.

   Shake firmly for 10 to 15 seconds until the drink is cold and evenly integrated.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no ice chips or apple sediment collect at the rim.
