   Chill a Collins glass, chill the seltzer thoroughly, and cut one small thin lemon wedge.

   Measure the apple brandy and Fleur Noire cordial directly into the chilled Collins glass.

   Fill the glass with neat solid ice cubes, leaving room for the carbonated mixer.

   Pour in the cold seltzer slowly; do not shake the carbonated ingredient.

   Stir once from bottom to top to combine without flattening the bubbles.

   Set exactly one small lemon wedge at the rim and serve immediately.
