   Pre-chill one clear coupe, halve one passion fruit for the recipe, and reserve a separate intact half from another fruit for garnish.

   Scoop the whole recipe fruit’s flesh and seeds into a shaker, then add 60 ml white rum, 15 ml Italian yellow herbal liqueur, preferably Galliano L’Autentico at 42.3%, 30 ml fresh lime juice, and 15 ml fresh orange juice.

   Keep the 7.5 ml grenadine aside, fill the shaker with solid cold ice, and seal it firmly.

   Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until thoroughly chilled, then fine-strain into the chilled coupe.

   Pour 7.5 ml grenadine carefully into the center of the drink so it sinks and forms a restrained layer at the bottom.

   Float the single reserved passion-fruit half cut-side up on the surface and serve without another garnish.
