   Chill a coupe and whisk the heavy cream in a clean bowl only until soft peaks form.

   Fold the banana liqueur gently into the whipped cream without making it stiff.

   Measure the rye, coffee liqueur, amaro, ginger liqueur, and coffee syrup into a mixing glass.

   Add solid ice and stir until the base is very cold and properly diluted.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe and top with one modest dollop of banana whipped cream.

   Grate a very light dusting from one coffee bean over the cream and serve immediately.
