   Pre-chill one coupe; prepare three basil leaves, one garnish leaf, and a strip of lemon zest.

   Gently muddle three basil leaves in the base of a shaker.

   Add the cachaca, limoncello, orange aperitivo, lemon juice, honey syrup, egg white, and hard ice.

   Shake firmly, strain back into the empty shaker, and dry-shake without ice to emulsify.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe and express the lemon zest over the surface, then discard it.

   Float exactly one small basil leaf boat on the foam and serve.
