   Chill the collins, prepare fresh serving ice, and ready the Orange wheel and cocktail cherry.

   Measure dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, falernum, aromatic bitters accurately before opening any carbonated ingredient.

   Add the non-carbonated ingredients directly to the chilled collins.

   Pour into the Collins glass half-filled with crushed ice, swizzle until chilled, then mound with more crushed ice.
