   Pre-chill one small straight-sided shot glass and leave it completely ungarnished.

   Measure grenadine, triple sec, sloe gin, and light cream into separate clean jiggers.

   Pour the grenadine into the base of the chilled glass without wetting the sides.

   Float the sloe gin slowly over the back of a bar spoon to preserve the first boundary.

   Repeat with the triple sec, then float the light cream as the final thin white cap.

   Serve immediately with all four layers intact and no straw or extra decoration.
