   Pre-chill a clear heavy old-fashioned glass and cut exactly one small thin lime wedge.

   Measure the blanco tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and grenadine into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker with solid ice and seal it securely.

   Shake firmly for 10 to 15 seconds until the pineapple is lightly aerated and the drink is cold.

   Fill the chilled glass with fresh clear ice and strain the cocktail over it.
