   Chill the coupe thoroughly, confirm that no garnish is required, and ready the shaker.

   Measure gin, orange juice, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, egg white accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Pre-chill a coupe. Dry-shake the gin, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and egg white for 10 seconds. Add solid ice and shake hard for another 10–15 seconds, fine-strain into the coupe, let the compact ivory foam cap settle, and serve without garnish.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no small ice fragments reach the drink.
