Garnish: One small compact mint bouquet

   Chill a hurricane glass and prepare one small compact mint bouquet.

   Measure the aquavit, white rum, carrot eau-de-vie, fresh carrot juice, cream of coconut, and lemon juice into a shaker.

   Add exactly three ice cubes and seal the shaker firmly.

   Short-shake for about 5 seconds, just until the creamy orange mixture is chilled and incorporated.

   Strain into the chilled hurricane glass and fill completely with fresh crushed ice.
