   Chill a Nick and Nora glass and confirm that the finished drink receives no garnish.

   Measure the sweet vermouth, 30 ml of unpeated single malt, 5 ml of peated single malt, rhubarb liqueur, and celery bitters into a mixing glass.

   Fill the mixing glass with solid ice and place a bar spoon against the inside wall.

   Stir smoothly for 20 to 25 seconds until very cold and sufficiently diluted.

   Strain the clear ruby-amber drink into the chilled Nick and Nora glass without ice fragments.

   Check the clean surface and serve immediately without adding any garnish.
