   Pre-chill one clear coupe and cut exactly one very small thin peeled peach wedge.

   Measure 60 ml London dry gin, 20 ml chilled manzanilla sherry, 5 ml peach liqueur, and 5 ml chilled dry vermouth into a clean mixing glass.

   Fill the mixing glass generously with solid cold ice and place a bar spoon against the inside wall.

   Stir smoothly for 20–25 seconds until the pale drink is extremely cold and properly diluted.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so the surface remains crystal-clear and free of ice fragments.

   Set the single compact peeled peach wedge at the rim and serve without another garnish.
