   Chill the highball thoroughly, prepare the One thin cream float, and ready the bar spoon.

   Measure coffee liqueur, brandy, coffee, light cream separately and keep them in the specified layer order.

   Pour the first ingredient carefully into the base of the chilled highball.

   Preheat a clear handled Irish-coffee glass, add the coffee liqueur and brandy, pour in the freshly brewed hot coffee and stir until uniform, lightly thicken the cold cream, float one thin even layer over the back of a spoon, and serve warm without further garnish.

   Keep the finished layers undisturbed; do not stir or add ice after layering.

   Finish with One thin cream float and serve immediately.
