Garnish: Orange slice

   Chill the collins thoroughly and prepare the Orange slice before mixing.

   Measure apple brandy, soda water, lemon juice, rich simple syrup accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake the apple brandy, lemon juice, and syrup with ice, strain into the ice-filled Collins glass, top with soda water, and stir briefly.

   Fine-strain into the chilled collins so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Finish with Orange slice and serve immediately while very cold.
