   Chill a double rocks glass and prepare one very small pineapple wedge with one cherry on a short plain pick.

   Measure the gin, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, orgeat, and Creole bitters into a shaker.

   Add a generous scoop of fresh crushed ice and seal the shaker.

   Shake hard for about 10 seconds until cold and evenly combined.

   Pour the complete contents unstrained into the chilled double rocks glass and level the ice below the rim.

   Place only the compact pineapple wedge and single skewered cherry at the rim, then serve immediately.
