   Chill a heavy old-fashioned glass, prepare fresh clear ice, and cut one small lime wedge.

   Add the honey, overproof rum, chilled water, lime juice, and aromatic bitters to a shaker and stir until the honey is completely dissolved.

   Fill the shaker with ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until cold.

   Fill the chilled old-fashioned glass with fresh ice and strain the grog over it.

   Secure the single small lime wedge naturally at the rim.
