   Chill a heavy rocks glass, fill it with fresh clear ice, and cut one small thin lime wedge.

   Measure the reposado tequila, honey syrup, and fresh lime juice into a shaker.

   Stir briefly before adding ice so the dense honey syrup begins to disperse.

   Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds until very cold and fully integrated.

   Strain into the chilled rocks glass over the fresh ice.

   Secure the small lime wedge at the rim and serve without adding a salt rim.
