   Chill a Collins glass, fill it with fresh ice, and prepare one thin lemongrass spear.

   Muddle the juniper berries firmly in the bottom of a shaker.

   Add the gin, fino sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves.

   Add solid ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.

   Fine-strain into the ice-filled Collins glass to remove berry and mint fragments.
