   Chill a double rocks glass and prepare fresh pebble ice and one small dehydrated lime wheel.

   Measure the vodka, coconut milk, allspice dram, demerara syrup, fresh lime juice, and coconut cream into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker with ice and seal it firmly.

   Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the mixture is very cold, smooth, and emulsified.

   Fill the chilled glass with pebble ice and strain the cocktail over it.

   Add the single small dehydrated lime wheel neatly at the rim and serve immediately.
