   Chill a single old-fashioned glass and prepare one large clear ice cube that fits below the rim.

   Measure the brandy, lapsang-infused bourbon, amaretto, coffee liqueur, and creme de cassis into a mixing glass.

   Add the two Havana-style bitters dashes and one aromatic bitters dash, then fill the mixing glass with solid ice.

   Stir smoothly for 20 to 25 seconds until the dark mixture is very cold and properly diluted.

   Place the single large clear cube in the chilled glass and strain the cocktail over it without ice fragments.

   Check that the rim and surface remain completely free of garnish, then serve immediately.
