   Measure the blanco tequila, ginger liqueur, and fresh lemon juice into a shaker.

   Add solid ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds until very cold.

   Fine-strain into the chilled Collins glass, then top slowly with ginger beer.

   Float the pomegranate liqueur gently over the surface to preserve a deep ruby upper layer.
