   Chill a coupe thoroughly and trim exactly one small, neat pineapple wedge for the rim.

   Measure the lightly aged white rum, pineapple liqueur, fresh lime juice, orgeat, and fresh lemon juice into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no ice chips, citrus pulp, or almond solids enter the drink.

   Secure the single small pineapple wedge at the rim without letting it obscure the bowl.

   Check the stem and foot are spotless, then serve immediately while cold.
