   Chill a coupe and cut one small, thin lime wedge with a clean edge for the garnish.

   Measure the blanco tequila, white rum, tomato eau-de-vie, and fino sherry into a shaker.

   Add the fresh lime juice, watermelon syrup, and one dash of MSG solution.

   Fill the shaker with solid ice and shake firmly until the tin is very cold.

   Fine strain the pale coral drink into the chilled coupe without adding ice.
