   Chill a double old-fashioned glass, prepare one large clear ice cube, and cut one short thin orange twist.

   Measure the Irish whiskey, blackstrap rum, smoky single-malt Scotch, and demerara syrup into a mixing glass.

   Add one dash of aromatic bitters and two dashes of sarsaparilla bitters, then fill with solid ice.
