   Chill the coupe thoroughly and prepare the Expressed orange peel and aromatic bitters drops on the foam before mixing.

   Measure jamaican rum, overproof rum, lime juice, honey syrup, egg white accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Dry-shake for six seconds, add ice and shake until cold, then double-strain before decorating the foam.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Finish with Expressed orange peel and aromatic bitters drops on the foam and serve immediately while very cold.
