Garnish: Orange twist

1. 01

   Chill the nick and nora thoroughly and prepare the Orange twist before mixing.

   Measure bourbon, dry vermouth, dry curacao, grenadine, aromatic bitters accurately and add them to a clean mixing glass.

   Fill the mixing glass with solid ice cubes and place a bar spoon against the inside wall.

   Stir with solid ice until very cold and properly diluted, then fine-strain into the chilled glass.

   Strain into the chilled nick and nora, keeping the finished drink clear of ice fragments.

6. 06

   Finish with Orange twist and serve immediately at its coldest.
