   Chill the rocks thoroughly, prepare the Freshly grated cinnamon, and ready the shaker.

   Measure tequila reposado, egg white, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, grapefruit juice, red bitter aperitif, saline solution accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Dry-shake all ingredients without ice, add ice and shake again until chilled, then double-strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.

   Fine-strain into the chilled rocks so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Finish with Freshly grated cinnamon and serve immediately.
