   Chill a coupe and prepare one short lemon twist.

   Measure the gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and egg white into a shaker.

   Add solid ice, shake hard, then strain back into the empty shaker and dry-shake to emulsify.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe and allow the foam to level.

   Pour the crème de cassis slowly into the center so it sinks beneath the pale foam.

   Express the lemon twist, place it neatly at the rim, and serve without disturbing the layers.
