   Chill the rocks thoroughly, prepare the Orange twist, and ready the mixing equipment.

   Measure rye whiskey, apricot liqueur, amaro, aromatic bitters, apple brandy, red bitter aperitif accurately and add them to a clean mixing glass.

   Fill the mixing glass with solid ice cubes and place a bar spoon against the inside wall.

   Rinse the ice-filled rocks glass with the red bitter aperitif, stir the remaining ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain into the prepared glass.

   Strain into the chilled rocks, keeping the finished drink clear of ice fragments.

6. 06

   Finish with Orange twist and serve immediately.
