   Pre-chill a clear Collins glass, refrigerate the soda water, and cut exactly one very short narrow strip of lemon zest.

   Measure the pisco, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, and fresh lemon juice into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid cold ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
