   Pre-chill a clear coupe and cut exactly one very narrow short strip of orange zest.

   Measure both vermouths, palo cortado sherry, amaro, and orange bitters into a mixing glass.

   Fill the mixing glass with solid ice and stir smoothly for about 20 to 25 seconds.

   Taste or check the outside of the vessel to confirm the drink is very cold and properly diluted.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe without allowing ice fragments into the glass.

   Express the single fine orange twist over the surface, place it neatly at the rim, and serve.
