   Chill the cocktail thoroughly, confirm that no garnish is required, and ready the shaker.

   Measure coffee liqueur, citrus vodka, sweet sherry accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Add the coffee liqueur, citrus vodka, and sweet cream sherry to a shaker filled with solid ice, shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until very cold, fine-strain into a thoroughly chilled cocktail glass, and serve without garnish.

   Fine-strain into the chilled cocktail so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Serve immediately without a garnish while the drink is at its best.
