   Chill a Collins glass, prepare fine crushed ice, and reserve one small pineapple triangle, one compact mint sprig, and exactly three coffee beans.

   Measure the Jamaican rum, white rum, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and rich syrup into a shaker.

   Add solid cold ice and seal the shaker securely.
