   Chill the cocktail thoroughly, confirm that no garnish is required, and ready the shaker.

   Measure irish cream, creme de menthe, heavy cream accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Add the Irish cream, clear mint liqueur, and heavy cream to a shaker filled with ice, shake hard for 10–15 seconds until completely uniform and very cold, fine-strain into a thoroughly chilled cocktail glass, and serve with a clean unrimmed edge and no garnish.

   Fine-strain into the chilled cocktail so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Serve immediately without a garnish while the drink is at its best.
