   Chill a clean pilsner glass and keep the lager and citrus rum very cold.

   Tilt the glass and pour 330 ml lager slowly down the inside wall.

   Pause briefly so the natural beer head settles to a modest level.

   Measure 30 ml citrus rum and add it slowly to the lager.

   Stir once or twice very gently to combine without flattening the carbonation.

   Serve immediately in the glass without ice or garnish.
